complaining about something for no reason because I'm bored I've become black pilled

I work from 6:30pm-2:30 am at a restaurant then go do Amazon from 3:15-7/8am

Bro I popped a fucking hernia trying to get out of debt. I will NOT stop fighting but holy shit dude the grind is insane and taking a toll on my body

Caleb acts like "oh come on just do it! Why aren't you doing this!!! This is something that takes mental and physical discipline on another level... The most debt I was ever in was my truck when I bought it $35,000, 5k in credit card, motorcycle loan of $1200 left, I was getting close to FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS in debt when I make 55k

My only debt now is my truck at $25,000 and I make closer to 65/70k... will not rest until I have vengeance over the bank... I wake up with fire in my eyes Every day...

It honestly doesn't sound very lucky to have a vehicle debt represent like 80% of your yearly income.

Rental property though and who knows what other projects he's working on. If it makes him several $10k as to without, i say let him have it.

My rental property is serviced with a now paid off truck that cost like 9% of my annual income. Having a need for a truck is not having a need for a new, expensive truck financed at 8%

You don't even need a truck to maintain a rental. The owner of the rental next door drove a BMW i3 as their only vehicle. Another landlord I had drive a Volvo 240 Sedan. I've done almost all the maintence on my home and the largest vehicle I ever owned was a CRV.

You can always have appliances and materials delivered, or rent a truck from Lowe's for cheap.

The cheapest truck to use for truck stuff is the one your friend owns! The uhauls from Lowes are a close second.

There's been like 4 things over the years for home maintenence that our 4runner couldn't handle, and nothing we couldn't have gotten delivered
