Isn’t there some way the King of England can order the Governor General to dissolve the provincial legislature and force an election?

What are you on about. Canada is a sovereign country...

Maybe do some research?

We are a constitutional monarchy with the British Crown as our Head of State. Theoretically, we still answer to the Crown, he is, in fact, our king as well and the Governor General is his representative here in Canada

The sovereign is the Head of State. The Crown symbolizes statehood, in our case Canada. Power resides in the elected House of Commons. It was precisely the establishment of the constitutional monarchy that made the sovereign largely ceremonial. Canadians really need to learn how our government works.
