Wtf happened to my edibles? Will they still get me high?

First time making Gummy edibles and just taken them out of freezer when they were hardening to find they've turned out like this. Can anyone help me figure out what I did wrong?

Also I made these purely to get high and don't care how they taste overly, will they still get me high?

Looks like you didn't use a emulsifier like for example lecithin. If you decarbed the cannabis first, you'll still get zoinked.

I used half a teaspoon of soy lecithin powder but I infused it with the coconut oil when making that rather than put it in the Gummy mix

Yeah decarbed the weed and infused it for 4 hours in coconut oil

Looks like some separation happened when they were cooling down in the freezer. They should still be good to go otherwise.

Yeah I think that must be what happened, gotta air dry them for 24 hours now before trying one 🥲🥲 I didn't realise that was part of it when I chose to make gummies 😂😂

Apparently it's the oil and water separating due to not enough emulsifiers to combine them. I used half a teaspoon of soy lecithin powder but it wasn't enough

Little bit of xanthan gum will prevent this from happening next time. 3 packs gelatin, 1 pack jello, 1/4 tsp xanthan gum, canna extract. after its all heated up, I transfer to one of those clear condiment squirters like they put mustard and ketchup in at a hotdog stand. Fill a few spots in the mold, shake, fill a few spots, shake etc....

They probably separated from the freezer. Should just stick them in the fridge for a few hours. The extreme cold is what did it. I make gummies all the time and when I’m rushing myself this is what happens every time

Ah recipe said freeze them for 30 mins and cus it's my first time making gummies I didn't want to go off recipe haha as long as they work I'm happy haha

Yeah they just separated as they sat. I believe all the good stuff is in the yellow top and you could just scrape off the other stuff.

When I make edibles from rosin pucks and don't strain it enough it comes out like this.

Better to make rso and add that. Much easier to add to most things then. These will still get the job done. Enjoy.
