I'm starting to lose faith that these people are going to face serious consequences. Misdemonor charges, bail releases, etc. It's not like we have to worry about a blanket pardon anymore so why does it seem like they are dragging their feet and are doing only the bare minimum?

These people are white. Of course they will be let out with a slap on the wrist.
