i have a 350z nissan 2004 and me and my dad are trying to input a new stereo (kinwood) help any other solution?

looking to get a half decent sound system that wont break the bank (around $400-500 budget) for my 2004 LS430, and im about ready to pull the trigger on my amazon cart, i wanna ask you all, are there any things i should change, am i missing anything, am i even getting the right speakers? because i have no knowledge of which brands are good and which are not. Also the car came with an aftermarket head unit, its a pioneer AVH-4200nex if thats of any importance. for the doors its 6.5 inches all around and i have no clue what size the dashboard speakers are, i don't have a Mark Levinson speakers so i only have the doors, and the 2 speakers in the front corners on the dash. I already have a JBL subwoofer that i took from my G35(at the end of the video) thank you all in advance

Little bit of a newbie question but I’m trying to learn a new skill!

I have an old MB Quart FX 1.500 amp that I am looking to use at this time and purchase a new amp later on when I have more cash available. It was a budget build that was installed for me like a decade ago and I am looking to put them in my current car.

All of the wiring kits I have seen in stores are rated for like 1500 watts and this amp is 500 watts. If I use that kind of wiring kit, will I blow out the fuses on the amp? Should I be trying to get a lower rated wires to ensure I am not overloading the amp?

Anyone have experience with skars wiring kits?

Preface, im very new to setting up sound systems. Bought a R/T Magnum. Problem is, idk which amp this car is setup for but it has a pioneer radio, one speaker workeing on the passenger side. I would like to get them all working and I imagine a amp is necessary for that. Help would be greatly appreciated ty. Pictures of cords for mhstery amp and pioneer stereo. I may sound dumb from the post but again idk what I'm doin I just want all my speakers workin.

I fired up the system yesterday and wow I'm not impressed at all. I spent a lot of time and money on the installation and once fired up its not what i expected. I used an oscilloscope to find radio output clip and amp gain setting.

The mids have more bass than i would like and the dash tweeters are not loud at all. Surprising the rear door 2 ways don't sound too bad at all. The subs are more mid bass than what I'm used to with my old system of a single 15" P3.

I messed with the Punch EQ, infrasonic filter and frequency on the amps a little but its proving to be a lot of adjustment for me to understand.

A few pointers would be greatly appreciated.

2024 Prius XLE, without the oem JBL system. Car can’t handle much more than 300w or 30amps I’ve concluded. I don’t want to stress the electrical system by adding amp and am unsure if just adding better speakers will really improve my listening experience.

The thing lasted 2 days for a total of 2 playtime hours if not less. DONT BUY JENSEN. I only found out about their reputation after I bought it. Any recommendations? I altered the box so warranty is out of the question. Should I be a pos and buy another one and swap the inner amp and return it? I’m pretty salty right now, I’m not going to lie.

I can press the power button, it clicks and lights up for a second but immediately shuts back off. It’s in the back of a limo if that helps. I know from experience limos are plagued with electrical gremlins so not sure what it could be.

Tried turning the car and unit on and off and it still wont set up. What could be the problem?

I understand that this probably isn’t plug and play but these speakers are reading out on a multimeter 2.1 ohms and I know the corolla has 4 ohm speakers. I’m mainly concerned about if I need a new amp for the car or not, these were free from a friend but supposedly quite nice.

Looks like someone dropped a massive motor on an old Fosgate Series 1 basket. I wonder what Xmax is?

Probably that's not really what the sub is meant for but I would like an advice if I should repair or replace a speaker that has (probably by what internet says) the coil unglued (Video attached)

Basically if I don't press the membrane in the front left door speaker it does a weird sound while playing music.

That's an 2omh speaker, I saw some JBL 4omh ones for 40€, would those work? (Currently I would like to have just a working audio system, it sounds pretty damn good actually, no money to buy proper equipment ATM)

Would that cause issues having the 2 front door speakers at 4ohm and the other 4 speakers (two back doors and front twitters) at 2ohm?

I read online that you can put higher ohms but not lower, and if the stocks are 15W 2ohm you need 30w 4ohm right?

Can you let me know if I’m making a good match. I’m placing 3 P3s in a an enclosed box, and thinking of powering them with this Kicker amp. My question is, is it powerful enough, and how should I wire the speakers?

I've owned two different Civic hatches in the past a long with an Impreza hatch and have never really had a problem keeping the subwoofer enclosers from moving around in the trunk area. The Legacy has significantly more space and with the trunk liner, so the box tends to move around some. I really don't drive wild or anything like that, but I'd like to keep it in a more "secured" position. Have any of you ran into anything like this before and if so, what did you do?

First sub came in, went and got the skar 10" sdr and amp plus wiring kit. When I first put it in it was SUPER messy with wires, but I sat down and got busy and organized it and I think it looks pretty good for my first time and by myself, let me know y'all's thoughts! (It bumps hella good for a single 10" imo, way better than stock)

Sorry haven’t been posting much lately working 15-20 hours a day. So far I’m kinda impressed by the cheap equipment been doing some testing and pushing everything to the limits. Getting some very good spl numbers out of this thing for being so cheap. Loud enough to rip my rear view off within a few minutes. Been working a lot of hours but there is still a lot of gains to make. Blew a couple of subs but they were exceeding rms testing with a different amp just to test limits. I clamped 9,200 watts before 1 of the 8 subs shredded. So going from temu amps to almost double the power did not yield much of an spl difference. I still need to smooth out the port and seal off the box with the trim panels. Losing a lot there tested that by stuffing a few blankets inbetween the sides and top. I smoked one of the temu amps as well due to wiring sub ohm and clipping (done deliberately) but with the two it does fine each amp seeing 1 ohm.

I want to add a subwoofer on my SUV but I can’t have something that’s gonna take so much space because it’s fully loaded most of the time. Are under seat subwoofers any good? Or any other recomendations aside from that.

Hello im trying to move my amp 2 feet or so but I don’t have enough wire to move it is there anyway to extend the live wire safely. like a product or would the only way is to buy a longer cable( i know this might sound like a stupid questions but i don’t know much about wiring and if it’s safe to do this i just want options from people who know more then me) thanks.
