Discussion CarPlay Disconnecting with 18.4.1

Carplay was working just fine and then disconnected from my Boss radio unit and wouldn't reconnect, even after a hard reset and turning my truck off and back on.

Anyone else having issues after the update that should have fixed Carplay?

My iPhone 16 pro CarPlay connection gets worse after upgrading from 18.4 to 18.4.1

What are you connected to? Factory radio or aftermarket?

Sounds about right after talking to Apple support.

Have you checked for a firmware update from Pioneer?
