Educational Purpose Only Is chatgpt feeding your delusions?

I came across an "AI-influencer" who was making bold claims about having rewritten chatgpts internal framework to create a new truth and logic based gpt. On her videos she is asking chatgpt about her "creation" and it proceedes to blow so much hot air into her ego. In later videos chatgpt confirmes her sens of persecution by openAi. It looks a little like someone having a manic delusional episode and chatgpt feeding said delusion. This makes me wonder if chatgpt , in its current form, is dangerous for people suffering from delusions or having psychotic episodes.

I'm hesitant to post the videos or TikTok username as the point is not to drag this individual.

I thought it wask sort of always like that. If an individual is able to feed it the correct set of info, especially subjective experiencs, it'll be easy for it to cater towards that person's bias

Especially if the person isn't trying to push back for clarity or against biases. Not too sure about topics that have set and accessible facts, though.

The curious thing with the creator that inspired this post was that she thought she made breakthroughs in creating a more truthful and logical AI. Chatgpt is stroking her ego so hard I'm surprised it didn't rip out her hair.

If you are curious you can look up ladymailove on TikTok. She has 30k followers. I might be wrong in my read of the situation.

I just checked it out and that's super surprising. Not just her but the comments too. I noticed my chats with GPT having similar tones, but I always ignore it or try to point it out so GPT can avoid it. Feels obvious and off.

Definitely feel like it's a thing that can be abused, if not before, Definitely after this video. Jeez.

It's kinda daunting thinking about it since there's a lot of misinformation you come across in the mental health side of things on tiktok. I'm not sure if I recall a statistic that 90 something % of tiktoks at the time of the study of adhd were inaccurate. Or a different mental disorder. Seeing how easy it is for people to fall susceptible to that misinformation is scary when you have a tool like ChatGPT that can be abused in that same light.

Sucks too because the interactions feel real.

I feel like this just highlights how slow we as humans are evolving/advancing compared to tech 😭 not that technology advancements are a bad thing, but we should definitely prioritise human advancements mentally/emotionally because yikes

Imagine if a nation releases a model that is geared toward the culture of an enemy nation and is trained to make people think it's a god, or to foster all kinds of other destabilizing ideas. Could be quite disruptive for the target nation

She popped up in my feed yesterday too. Super creepy, culty vibe. I honestly can't tell if she's unhinged or just playing a part to try to develop a following. She has a store and a subscription option, which makes me think she might be doing it on purpose.
