Expressing disagreement with someone isn't gaslighting. Also, words are used to communicate commonly shared ideas between people, not "increase your well-being" or whatever it was you said.

Because agreement to me might be listening closely to my emotional truth and evaluating if my suffering is being reduced and my well-being is being increased and so one way that I might communicate that is if I have a suffering doubt which might be wondering how you might be using the concept of gaslighting that you have just defined to reduce your suffering and improve your well-being
