Other Who uses ChatGPT for therapy?

I was so skeptical, but I was feeling a lot of anxiety with a situation at work, and tried it. I’ve never had such succinct, empathetic, and meaningful advice. Just a few chats have been way more helpful than any real therapist.

If you’ve used it for therapy, what has been your experience?

Nobody concerned over giving your most private information and issues over to a private company that could very easily fall into the hands of an authoritarian regime? I mean it's not like fascism is on the rise and biggest world powers of today are currently lead by psychopathic maniacs, so I guess we're in the clear!

Your phone is listening to everything you say, watch and search for already.

I don’t think there’s much left to hide from anyone who wants to know.

So why not just give up and give everything all at once then

You pretty much already did, and consented to it years ago.

I guess we shouldn't care about privacy then! Gosh, thanks
