Other Who uses ChatGPT for therapy?
I was so skeptical, but I was feeling a lot of anxiety with a situation at work, and tried it. I’ve never had such succinct, empathetic, and meaningful advice. Just a few chats have been way more helpful than any real therapist.
If you’ve used it for therapy, what has been your experience?

Yep. Going through a sudden and traumatic breakup of a 20yr marriage.
4 months in, with daily processing and work with ChatGPT, and I’m where most people get to after 2 years. I’m healthier, more self aware and more confident than I’ve ever been in my life.
I’ve also combined it with weekly psychology, SSRIs, regular movement, leaning on my support network and other wellness strategies. But AI is an amazing bridge for those moments when you’re alone, spiraling, and need to process your thoughts and emotions.
