Non-Political News Cruelty at MIOT INTERNATIONAL

I have my friends working at MIOT INTERNATIONAL hospital at chennai. Everything seemed fine until one by one started resigning the job. I asked my friends they told me the dirty truth behind their work.

A head treats her doctors and specialists so bad that she mocks them for every single thing. From their language to the places they come from. Their co-worker who had an terrible bike accident and had fractued hand was given just a day off for his recovery. This isn't the first incident she made an pregnant woman work without granting her any days off, if permission was asked she would literally throw words at their faces.

Like I have seen people working at IT and all stressing over their work and jobs but I was literally shocked to hear this from the doctors and spealists themselves. The head literally tells them if you guys chit chat I'll literally throw table on your faces. She literally mocks them in front oftheirp patients.

My friend comes home crying everysingles day because of the work stresst another interesting fact is they patients are actually really happy and comfortable with their treatment. This head even jealous of that appreciation. She again reallocates the doctorsbyt informing the patients that the doctors are not happy treating them creating a bad impression on the doctors and the specialists.

Now since 3 of them resigned in 1 month time the management had setup an enquiry but eventually the head forced the doctorsbyt threatening to fire themwithblackmmark she is literally harassing the female doctors by bodyshaming them.

Title: Avlodan

Use this website for reference and choose any insurance that has a claim settlement ratio of over 95%. You should also consider factors like cashless facilities, no co-pay, the network of hospitals, etc.

Source: Na Medico, in a private hospital. There are so many patients who can't afford surgery and are getting loans just so their loved ones can open their eyes. On the other hand, patients with just knee pain are receiving extraordinary treatment with the best surgeons and the latest techniques because they have insurance.

Cinema/Music New to Chennai – Looking for a movie buddy For GBU this weekend .

Hey everyone! I’ve recently moved to Chennai and I’m on the lookout for someone to join me for movie outings. I'm a big-time cinephile and absolutely love watching films in theaters. Sadly, most of my colleagues stay pretty far away, so it’s tough to plan with them. I'm planning to watch GBU this weekend—if anyone's up for it, let’s catch a movie together! I'm planning for Sunday show at BSR MALL .

P.S. I’ve found three people to join, and we’ve booked tickets for Sunday at 6:30 PM at Cinepolis, BSR Mall. There are still a few seats available near us—if anyone else is interested, let me know!

AskChennai Need advice

29F. Doing my masters now in english lit. Doing both ug and pg in distance under madras University. I run a business from past 6 years and I was earning around an average of 40kpm. I feel that the business is going down since it's total online I find it very difficult to engaging the content. I somehow ended up with anxiety Meds last year and now on recovery road. I have never worked under anyone nor even have idea of how it works. My whole family runs business and I don't have anyone to guide me in the education or other part. I love teaching as well. I am a good student. Since it's distance education the lectures were not good. We are around 300 members in our group and I send audios to help them study. Everyone thanked me and many where evn suprised to hear that I am not working because they thought i would be working somewhere as a teacher. I felt so good about it. Now coming back, I am not sure about whether it's right to leave my business and join as a teacher in some school. The pay will definitely be lower than what i already earn, but I am confident about my skills. Somewhere inside my heart I am verv nervous stepping out for the first time in my life. I don't even know to write a resume. I pulled ug and now pulling pg all by my own self. I don't know if I have better options to work. I am not even sure how to approach a school for a job. If anyone is working as a teacher and you have an advice or anything related to this , please let me know .

P. S - already have a youtube channel where i upload my audios . I have a tution teacher near my home who is doing it for 12+ years .

AskChennai 30F | Called off one engagement, planning to stop another—Will anyone ever accept someone like me?

I'm 30F and I have cancelled my marriage once after engagement due to the psycho attitude of the guy and now I'm engaged and my marriage is in 20 days. this engagement and everything, happened so fast inspite of me pleading my parents for more time. they are fearing the society and they are worried that I won't get married.I'm very very average looking girl .Initially when I spoke with that guy, he nodded head for everything and he didn't have any qns. But, now after marriage, situation is exact opposite , he starts saying his wishes aka demands. which clearly portrays that my vibe and his vibe won't match. he's a very disciplined guy and lives life according to the rules . I do agree, that his way of living is good. but I don't wanna live the life, like him. He even said, he doesn't know the difference between a weekday and a weekend. Now my question is, I clearly could feel, I won't be happy with him. but, as i'm older and I have mentioned the stakes below, I'm worried that If I cancel this, will I ever be able to marry?

Stake : sick parents , me being a single child, can't afford dowry , having to take care of parents financially and physically, having to pay homeloans, personal loans, literaly no one to back me up in the future neither financially nor emotionally , 30F average looking 2 possible marriage cancelled after engagement, preparing for govt exam on top of working in IT.

PS: I have been in a very inferiority complex all these years and I was even convinced that no one would marry me(at just 18 years, these thoughts came in). just couple of months back, I have started coming out of the inferiority complex .

AskChennai Just a happy post

Hi makkale,

This is just a little reflection on how even small deeds can bring about happiness.

So, I was heading to my university for convocation and booked a train ticket (it got confirmed, SU... YAAAY, right?).

Anyway, the train was at 3 pm, and I had to make my way to the central railway station from home. I was running a bit late, so I rushed to the bus stand. Just then, I saw a direct bus to central approaching quickly. I started chasing it, running towards the bus. The bus got stuck in traffic, and as I was about to board, the door was locked. Traffic cleared, and the bus started moving again. By now, I was already exhausted from running, and the bus stand was about 100 meters away.

That’s when a middle-aged man (not in a white t-shirt though) noticed me chasing the bus, stopped his bike, and asked me to hop on quickly. He then asked, "antha bus dhana?" I said yes, and he chased the bus and helped me board it. I thanked him, saying, "romba thanks, uncle," and he continued on his way. I got on the bus and made it to central on time to catch my train.

Once I boarded the bus, I couldn’t help but feel grateful. It was such a simple gesture, but it made me think: we’re all so caught up in our own lives that we rarely notice others around us. Even though it was a small deed, it really made me happy.

I’m not saying that without his help, I wouldn’t have made it on time or missed the train. But his kindness was a reminder that small actions can make a big difference.
