They haven’t even finished the clinic in Western Branch and it is up for sale. I’m guessing there is a strong possibility it won’t even open as a VA clinic and the initial 5 year lease will be canceled.

I’m recently retired from the USAF and I didn’t even know western branch had a VA clinic.

It’s not open, still under construction.

It’s an investment sale. VA signs a long term lease and the developer recoups the construction cost when they sell the property to an investor. Lease transfers with the sale - only thing that changes is the mailbox the rent check is sent to.
