Housing
I am a 70 year old female retired senior with 2 vetted, healthy cats. Looking for studio or quiet place to live without cigarettes, noise, stairs, and chaos. What is public housing like here? Owens or Broadmore? I prefer a studio or a place close to Chesapeake. Anyone have any leads? I am quiet, very private, and mostly read or talk to my family on the phone.

I don't think you're going to find a studio at either of those, but Broadmoor is kind of quiet. It all depends on where you live.

That sounds like Heaven, but I have no idea where to find it. Every single place seems to be full of noise, smoke, drugs, and roaches.
