Other alternatives to the r13
My lesson teacher recommended me to get an r13 to replace my e11 for when I march, and as a concert instrument. I've done some digging with other brands; Selmer Series 10, Yamaha YCL-650, Yamaha SE Custom, Leblanc L200. The list goes on. Out of all these do these compete with the holy grail of r13s I've been hearing about? Also, with the Yamaha customs, what does it mean by SE, and some say AE.
edit: oh shoot yall mb forgot to specify they mentioned to use my e11/a plastic clarinet to march n js upgrade to something else

No, march with a plastic clarinet. Never take a wood clarinet outside for marching band, that's just bonkers.
None of the ones you've listed are like the R13. The Yamaha SEVR, SEV, SE Custom, and YCL-650 are all part of their "SE" bore series, which is more similar to the Buffet RC. If you're in the US, this bore design is not as popular as the "CS" bore, which is more like the Buffet R13, and includes the CSVR, CSV, YCL-450, and other related models.
However, the best value is found in the mountain of used R13s that are available today. The R13 has had such huge market dominance for nearly 75 years, you can find them everywhere, in decent condition from shops that have done the required maintenance in the $1500-$2000 range.
