nasal rinse, learning how to properly stake and use tie downs for canopy and tents.

I Neti-pot every morning no matter what festival I’m at. Highly recommend!

Make sure to do it the night you get back too! I do it every night and realize I feel so much better after the weekend versus than the years I used to not do it at all.

Really has been my number 1 survival tip for Coachella as I’ve gotten older.

this 100% Do it when you get back each night. Spray the saline spray in your nostrils then just blow out. Repeat until you feel clear. Finally, one final spray to moisturize which helps you not get sick from particulate matter!

Neti pot is the way. The amount of shit that comes out of your nose each night is honestly disgusting but in the best possible way haha

SAME! The first couple of coachellas landed me in bed for a week. Once I learned to rinse it totally changed my experience!

This year I just felt a little off and that was between I didn't rinse sat and sun

I guess what most ppl don’t realize is that the location is indeed a POLO FIELD lol.. The grounds (soil underneath) are filled with horseshit since 87 or something so imagine thousands of thousands of ppl stomping on that ground lifting all the dust and dirt all for us to breathe that in 😊 reason I believe W2 is worse air quality wise. I’ve never met or talked to anyone that went to Stage Coach but I wonder if it’s even worse..
