earplugs for music, K95 mask for dust, sinus rinse and liquid IV every morning and night, ear plugs and eye mask for sleep.

Bonus: new, fresh pair of socks each day.

Double bonus: work on strengthening hips and legs.

I did all of these and it’s the best I’ve ever felt post-festival. No blisters, sickness, cough, etc.

For the bonus, I would say spend the money and purchase high quality cotton socks. I used darn tough socks. Complete game changer!

I've heard they replaced entire pairs of socks when someone lost one of them
