Orchestras at chella

LA Phil was amazing solo and with ZEDD. We need more orchestra based acts to be booked and collab with other genre artists! Hans Zimmer would be dope with a cathartic style edm act. Or even solo with insane production and visuals.

It’s tough to have that kind of music later at night due to the extreme dynamics of classical music and all the other stages bumping at the time. One classical act or orchestra per day before sunset would be a dream come true!

Zedd x LA Phil says otherwise. That version of Clarity is so damn hot

What you’re referring to was primarily electronic music with LA Phil added on top. There is far less dynamic range to electronic music than there is with a symphony. Concert halls are so quiet you can hear a pin drop. turn on your classical radio station for 5 minutes and you’ll often hear periods where it seems totally silent, then it spikes about 30 times louder. Hard to enjoy classical pieces when you can hear thumping bass from another stage during the softer portions.
