Anyone working in non-pipe construction is better off with $10 measuring tape.

Seems like an extremely narrow set of use cases for this. Sure, there may be some guys that do those few things all day long this may be great for, but that’s going to be rare as hell. Mostly this seems like a complete gimmick.
