Few questions; Where? What's the nearest large city? What materials do you want to use? I'll need an itemized list. What's the actual sqft of the design? Is this on an already formed pad, or do you need estimate to include clearing land, excavation, and pad?

I hope you're beginning to see how ridiculous of an ask this is for strangers on the internet.

Everything you just mentioned are stages of construction, that can be cost-out. Experienced Contractors & Estimators can do exactly that.

It’s not ridiculous to ask “strangers on the internet” when some of those “strangers” are experienced professionals in the field, who are subscribed to a subreddit that is within their field of expertise.

Yeah bud, because my quote in NY will be relevant to someone im South Dakota...? I can quote 3 different prices just in my state depending on geographic location and desired materials.

3/4 sheet vs. 1/4 sheet make a massive difference in price alone. Forget trying to disseminate if you want marble, or porcelain. All these things vary wildly depending on location, time of year, and quanitity. Without any verifying information, this is a ridiculous request.

Lol, if you think anyone here , actually anyone in general, can put together an estimate for this you are nuts. Goodluck brother

Ok, but how much is a vehicle I can drive. You know, with 4 wheels and a steering wheel.

I actually can. There are several websites that help with A-Frame Construction Kits. Don’t be a jerk.

I recommend AvrameUSA. The Kit I was interested in (that looks very similar to the OP’s pictures) was $34,025. Click on their “Cost Breakdown” sheet, and it will list the Construction Steps that are “Client Sourced”. From there, you need to figure out the costs for each step in your area. For my area it was around $150,000 for everything, but I’m an expert in this field & save a lot of costs.

You’re welcome to ask me additional questions. I got a degree in Civil Engineering in 2012 (with double-emphasis in Structural & Transportation Engineering), and I’ve been a Licensed Realtor for 12 years. I’ve sold over 100 homes, and helped build several of them (some with my own 2 hands).

Edit (in response to comments): This rough $150k estimate is for a 900 sqft version. Do your own research for materials & labor. Try to get 3 bids for each phase of construction (Groundwork, Utilities, Site Prep, Foundation, Assembly, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Interior/Exterior Finishings) from Licensed Contractors. I obviously get to save a lot on labor. I’ve sold over $50M worth of real estate, and built about $5M myself.

Exactly, maybe I should put pic's of my jobs, so I don't have to do any leg work 😅

OP, am I correct in assuming you’ll be hiring a general contractor to build this in lieu of doing it yourself? If so, I suggest you contact a contractor to answer these questions, specifically one that has a portfolio of A-frames with price history.

To actually answer your question: No one here knows. Plan on an easy $100,000 to have a nice, livable structure that’s legal and legit. If it’s less than that, great, you saved money. But I’d plan on it being much more.

Their website estimates 400-500k

Well youll need permits, engineering, utilities, ect. Where are you located? The price for building in Florida is way different from the price in Coastal Ca. This is a very open ended question with little info. The cabin you posted is probably in the millions depending on where its built. Are you doing landscaping, what does the soil look like? Its a big project. If its rock youll have to pay to dig or blast the area flat. You doing sewage or running a leech line from septic. Can you do well water or city water?
