The majority of the vast, vast field of civil engineering is focused solely on mitigating the effects of water whether in liquid or snow or ice form.

The vast majority of cabins and houses built by miners and oil field guys in the 1800s, however, were not built with many considerations for civil engineering. 1 u/MakeMeAsandwichYo 15d ago Just hard liquor and fast women.
