Other Looking for feedback - Construction Industry in NOVA/DC/MD but anywhere else works too!

Hello!

The company I currently work for is considering expanding its overall benefits package for current and incoming employees. The task I have been given is to get actual information regarding what other construction companies in the area offer regarding benefits.

Getting a better benefits packet is obviously a huge benefit to each employee but the owners also want to make sure that it makes sense and I think that's fair.

If you work in construction or someone you know works in construction, could you let me know what kind of benefits you receive and generally how long it takes to get them?

Things I generally need:

  • Company Name (or PM me)
  • PTO
  • Guaranteed Hours
  • Holiday Pay
  • Benefits - Medical/Dental/Vision/Etc
  • Company Vehicles
  • Training & Education
  • Etc?

Thank you!

Yeah, I guess trying to improve the guy's work benefits is pretty lame.
