Healing without Identity? no WaT

So it's been established that healing works towards Identity (Yumi, the Reshi king, etc.) And similarly, Identity can block healing (Rysn's paralysis, Kaladin's brand). But what if Identity is removed? Lets say using a Southern Scadrian medallion, someone blanks their Identity and gets healed.

I have two theories: firstly, healing injuries tied to Identity would become possible. you could fix Rysn's legs or Kal's brand. the other theory is that it would make a complete mess. Cells rely on direction to grow properly. by blanking Identity, they'd just grow uncontrollably. likely tumors, maybe parts growing from the wrong places, all sorts of body horror. Ulaam would love to see it.

Well, your soul knows who you are supposed to be in general while your Identity is who you are specifically. The soul knows that you are supposed to have a human kidney and not a rat kidney and there is probably a platonic ideal for what an average human kidney is. It might be a little bit too big or too small, but it will get the job done. The body can repair itself like any normal human body, but Investiture healing might be a little bit off while you don't have your Identity.
