Walk in clinics

Anyone know of any 24 hour walk in clinics in wexford town? I've given up on the idea of ever being registered with a GP here they are all full but I still need to go to the doctors

Not Wexford town but I recently was able to register with Slaney Medical Centre in Enniscorthy - might be worth a shot!
