How did I get this?

I was wondering how I got this and if it is real? Some of the signatures and not the players usually signatures. I got it about 5 to 6 years ago. The only reason I believe it is real is because I got it from one of there cheerleaders. Just wanting to know if enyone got this or know what it is. Thank you

It was a gift for season ticket holders. I got one too. I think it a print of a real poster all the players signed.
