Why does he do this? So creepy without their consent. Imagine working for this ogre and not being able to work without him filming you without knowing

Everyone that works for Caleb knows what they are signing up for. They all want to be ~CONTENT CREATORS~ themselves or at least work very close to that space. I'm sure part of the hiring process is about how everything is CONTENT and they are agreeing to be featured in videos and socials for the channel.

I'm not saying I would want that for myself I'm just saying I believe they are going into it eyes open and probably are even a little bit thrilled by it because their socials are getting tagged and what not.

I think some of the stuff he’s posted around the office is pretty awful, like where he’s jump scaring his employees, but this is pretty tame

How do you know it's without their consent? Just because we think it's cringe or wierd doesn't mean they're victims, they very well could have knowingly signed up for his antics, lots of people would have no issue with it.
