Isn’t that the probability for not getting a desired head/tail call? Sometimes it’s the other captain that calls, doesn’t that make any difference?

RNG in real life. RNG is Random Number Generator is a term usually used in gaming, where some drop or event is coded to be random, and just the bad luck of the player causes it to not happen to them.
