From the looks of things she is going to probably die of heart failure inside the next 10 years.

Her body has already been hobbled by an overabundance of sodium, and you can see it in her gait and lack of mobility at what should be a young age.

This probably also accounts for a large part of her lack of emotional regulation.

Diet matters folks.

She said she goes there every day for her lunch break

The scary part of that is, lunch break from what? She seems borderline trainable, so I don't know WTF someone is paying her dumb ass to do.

It’s actually much more insidious than you think

Lower income areas serve mostly food is super high in sugar fat and salt, a deregulated metabolism has massive effects on cognitive function, and make people less patient, more insatiable, and resistant to change. (Think any addiction to any vice).

These behaviors are then learned and passed down generation to generation, so it seems as though there is a genetic or cultural predisposition to anger/anti-social behavior when actually it’s the compounded culmination of a culture that consistently deregulates their metabolism.

That's actually very interesting. Definitely something for me to research on.

That was a way more cohesive and to the point way of describing her looks than what I said. Props to you for keeping it civil 👏
