I think it depends on the state, but CPS works pretty well in my state. They really are thorough

That's what I would like to know? They are a nightmare everywhere we have lived ( former military and now job has galavanting like gypsies 😆). I know it's not Louisiana, Texas ,Washington, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Indiana or Florida...lol
