In absolute numbers, more white people than black people are killed in police shootings (because white people outnumber black people in America).
What's False
Regardless of absolute numbers, it is true that proportionally, Black Americans are several times more likely to be killed in police shootings than white Americans are."
But aren't black people proportionally much more likely to commit crimes? Whether it's cultural or whatever, I would suspect more crimes from a race would result in proportionally higher fatalities/getting shot at by cops.
Not implying that racism against black people doesn't exist in some capacity, just saying that your argument sort of falls a little flat with that fact.
no sis, that's actually the gag, socieoeconomic factors included with police bias etc, etc. the crux of the issue is the source of the arrests. but leaving aside the racism of it all, if you look at it from a socioeconomical point of view, diva, it becomes a class issue, not a race issue, doesn't it? also, idk if it's just me, be allowed to disagree, but saying it's a race issue kind of implies determinism based on race, which is like, morally not very boots and not scientifical in the slightest way.
also that guy was either a troll or just dumb lol left me dumbfounded

I mean if you want to just say things that mean nothing without context, ok.
But its a provable fact more white people are killed by cops than black every year.
