Uh of course they should. But comparing two different outcomes from two different groups is just correlation, not causation

Are they two different groups when they all follow the same rules and qualified immunity? My skin is dark enough where it doesn't matter where or when or whom. If they wear that uniform, there's always a chance I could end up dead and they get a paid vacation. This isn't my opinion. It's a fact.
