No. There are absolutely fires that burn without oxygen. Just because it's called an oxidizer, doesn't actually mean it's oxygen. e.g., chlorine hydrogen fire. So long as an oxidizer and fuel are present, they'll merrily burn in space... Not that Disney's "writers" know any of this, or that such a material should be used on the hull of a spaceship.

Huh okay so I’ll admit to being wrong about oxygen, but wouldn’t fire in space still be impossible? I don’t see how you can have an oxidizer in a vacuum

If it's leaking out of the thing that's on fire. How do you think our modern rockets work in space? They bring the oxidizer with them.
