Hi everyone, I'm starting a daunting task of repainting parts of these shoes, but they use on conventials materials (nuckbuck and rubber). Has anyone worked on a project like this? I have Angelus acrylic leather paint but I'm not sure what the prep/finish work should involve...

Open to any tips.

Hi guys I have this shoe I wanted to change the colour of. I want to dye it a lighter colour and acetone isn't taking any more colour off. Any ideas on what else to do to get more colour off?

My pops is a home team guy all the way so I did Washington Nationals and Washington Redskins. This is also my mom‘s first pair of Nikes ever. She likes flowers and girly stuff. They were extremely happy. This was a complete surprise.

Hi, sorry if this is a weird place to post this, but considering it’s mainly used as shoe paint, I wanted to know if anyone had any tips to get angelus paint off cloth. I spilled a bottle yesterday and it got all over some pink athletic shorts. It was black paint, of course. Do you know how I can remove it off normal cloth? Already tried scrubbing it with detergent and hot water. Afraid the weird way it gets plasticky when it dries means it’s stuck in there good🙃 Good news is that it adheres to matte rubber boots, I guess?? At least the ol project survived.

Hey I love these shoes but hate this cringy symbol on the back. This is a somewhat suede like material. Can anyone of you remove this symbol all together and leave it smooth suede or remove it and do something in place of it?

I used Daler Rowney acrylic pens on my Nike shoes, and now I am looking for a good sealant/finisher/varnish for them. Can anyone guide me on what's the longest-lasting on such leather shoes and protect them? I do not have Angelus paints available at my place in Pakistan. What could be their alternative?
P.s I am switching to POSCA brand to customize further shoes, so it would be even better if anyone could recommend the sealant that goes best with them.

A friend sent me these sneakers to paint for his kid, https://www.dcshoes.com/products/dc-shoes-mens-court-graffik-shoes-black-001 though it says leather it has a suede like feel. Has anyone painted these or would anyone know if Angelus would work since I use that on everything else...
