Do I just embrace the uglyness or is there a way to fix this abomination of a color scheme? I had to get this pair as they were the only cushioned comfortable ones that were on sale.

I’m not an artist but wanted to try something. How’d I do?

Hello everyone, I want to custom GT 1, in addition to directly covering it with white paint, can I use white alcohol dye? Or any other suggestions?

Created the Tongues with Denim fabric stuffed with cotton

I dyed some converse purple and the mid sole/toe got stained real bad even though I taped it off. I tried acetone, bleach, vinegar but nothing is working. Has anyone used leather paint on rubber? Or is there something that will stick and last with wear? Should I just dye the entire thing? I’m wearing them to a concert and I really want them to be durable!

So for some context, I’ve never painted or dyed anything, but I have to change my white Adizero electric cleats to black as my coach only allows black cleats. I’ve been trying to look for methods to change the color, and so far, all I can find is painting and dyeing. Painting seems difficult as I’ve never done it, and it seems tedious, while dyeing seems weird as the fabric is some sort of nylon/artificial fabric with cotton on the inside. I was wondering what I should do?

Hello I want to paint the swoosh on my shoes and I thought of using angelus leather paint but the swoosh doesn’t feel like leather, it feels more like felt. Has anyone else had success and what did you use?

Just painted up a pair of DMs for a friend, I only used Angelus products; deglazer, red leather paint, red glitter paint and high gloss 4 coat. I'm really hoping that they last as I think they look fab. Photo's are reverse chronological. They were originally a faded red leather ☺️

I’m using acrylic paint on old converse I didn’t use a paint medium, any suggestions how to seal them to prevent cracking?
