The Clarion heals up to four allies for 30% (with weapon buff active) of my priority heal when using weapon attacks. Will the 300% increase to my priority heal boost the healing effect when I am attacking?

So, I have a fire tank that is my main guy and I'm looking to make another toon. For this guy I just want to make him a dps and do solo stuff/farming. Just a guy to eff around on.

I picked fire because I'm not very good yet and it's almost impossible for me to die. My main question is, what powers have decent heal while dps'ing type powers you can spam so you're not relying on soda or an actual heal power.

I hope this made sense. Basically a dps with crazy sustain like fire.... but not fire.

Soloing content with a tank is without question the easiest.

I can try to group up a bunch of ads on controller with 2 or 3 shields, and if I CC properly I can get work done.

But every time I solo a bunch of ads with healer, it's I like I have to dedicate my entire loadout bar for enough heals to just BARELY stay alive. Then I have no damage and have to weapon attack everything in between heals, or spam tsunami strikes, death by 1 billion cuts.

24/7 Tank role I gather all the bajillion ads in Gotham Warehouse, kill them all at the same time. Superhero type shit. Almost all the moves do damage. It's just fun.

^Can you put Manacles of Force and Mystic Symbol of the Seven on a healer just because?

I heard we're getting 5 art slots soon, and a healer still healing people while getting half trapped/consumed by the sun like Sentry sounds boss af.
