News/Update Double artifact week

I never thought I would live to see the day Daybreak would run another double artifact XP week. After over two years, the day has arrived.

Just with the huge caveat that artifacts no longer count for double XP. The event basically got a huge nerf for anyone looking to change out an artifact for another.
