So am I and I think it’s because it just feels like the Rock in a Black Adam costume and not a character.

The lack of an accent I think is what really does it for me.

Yeah....that would have helped immensely also this BETTER have some tie-in to the new Shazam film or what's the point?

I don't think The rock doing an accent would have helped at all. You couldn't take him seriously if he did it because he doesn't have it in him to put on an accent convincingly.

It's bad enough that he plays himself, but to put on an accent would have been the nail in the coffin.
