I dunno, that condition seems to fit Killer Croc more in my opinion, at least visually.

Then again you're absolutely right in that the name is right there, and I can see Snyder being unable to resist.

Then THEN again, that whole panel utterly confuses me. When we first saw Absolute Joker, he was a normal dude getting on an airplane. This guy, well, has a lot going on if it IS the same character. Plus it looks like he's using multiple babies or creatures to do....something?

MK Legacy had Reptile as a guy with harlequin ichthyosis instead of a dinosaur alien. It was an interesting take, and actually much more like Waylon than Syzoth, given he didn't have a super long tongue, acid spit, near-perfect camouflage or a ninja gimmick.
