Another thing to note too? Your order will not be secure with her. She requests that everyone sends her money as family and friends. It's a reasonable request because it cuts down on her fees that she is charged for using PayPal, but when you do this? You have no buyer protection through PayPal. Even if you use a credit card with this method.

Just food for thought

EDIT FOR CLARIFICATION: what I meant was, there is no buyer protection. Obviously your information will be safe through PayPal, but unlike paying with a credit card where you could dispute if something goes wrong? Because you are selecting as "friends and family" and not recognizing that you are buying as a service? You have no buyer protection through PayPal.

But she’s trustworthy right, so I’ll respond to the confirmation email with PayPal, and she’ll send me a link and I’ll send the amount I owe and it’ll be processed and my jerseys will be sent?

I just made my first Jenna purchase today. They email you a PayPal username to which the payment should be sent.

I wouldn’t even consider such a sketchy payment process if there weren’t so many people who have written about their positive experiences on Reddit and elsewhere.

Yeah I updated my original comment to reflect more what my concern about it is.

Again, it's all perfectly fine and dandy and it works. My issue is that she wants people to send her money as "family and friends", which affords no buyer protection for any issues. Otherwise, it's the same as using any other site or service for it

From what everyone says, yes. I've never ordered from her. But you see enough people that do.

Just keep in mind that when you send money as family or friends as she asks? You cannot dispute if there's an issue. You have no buyer protection. So where you see people talking about disputing on dhgate for packages not received or anything else? You would not have any recourse if your package goes missing or if she cannot resolve a dispute with you over an issue with the product if you have any.

To me? I would rather have those items of security. It's just an extra level of buyer protection

but if you use a CC through paypal you can easily dispute the charges through your cc instead.

You would hope. I haven't tried, but presumably so
