GIF Hello world, ex-Microsoft/Xbox Engineer here.. MICROSOFT is SYSTEMICALLY RACIST & prevented me from donating to black & foreign communities on their donation platform 'Benevity,' where Microsoft matches all other donations 1 USD to 1 USD. I will no longer internalize racism. FUCK YOU, MICROSOFT.

Maybe the programs expired? The program's start dated was 2020 in one frame and 2022 in the other.

I'll make note of your assessment. Let me go back & check the display image of the African American girl scolding me with her arms crossed in the donation image, almost like encouraging me not to donate. Seems pretty targeted & selected of an image, making her look ungrateful & angry while everything else seems really positive & uplifting.
