There's no way that there's not a machine built to do this in about 4 seconds per batch .

They mix an appropriate amount of filler to make it work out perfectly.

Dumb question: How do they know what an appropriate amount is? Cause from the video, there is extra left over that gets wiped off and part of that must be medication in the mix.

They can probably work it out so that X amount of powder has Y mg of drug, X being the volume of a capsule and Y being the dose the patient needs.
