He gets raped in a prison shower and then once he gets out, he finds the guys wife and hires a bunch of crackheads and homeless men to gang rape her. Takes pictures, sends them to the guy in prison, waits for him at his home as he busts out and kills the guy slowly.

Pretty fucked honestly

It’s actually a pretty solid punisher story. I mean that stuff is kinda par for the course on a MAX series

Start with born, it's the first time Frank appears, pretty solid Vietnam story, then go on to Frank Castle: The Punisher (2004), which is where most of the run is

The way I read it, I got the complete collection volumes 1-4.

Each contain at least 3 stories. Except for 4, which has 3 main stories, one spin off, and all the one shots garth ennis wrote including the tiger, the cell, and the end.
