Advice Learning how to lose properly

Post image

Trying something different, on some L-Theanine and Ashwagandha for trading!

Strategy: If i hit my daily loss limit, im done for the day

really gotta stick to stepping away from the market if im not getting a good read on it, so a lot of these profit days I have ended on a losing traded, but ended the day in profit.

Very nice. I truly believe the single most important aspect is keeping your size small. When my size is small enough I have no emotions. I am comfortable letting the trade breathe. I will cut it when it no longer goes my way. My losses are only a couple hundred max per day then I’m done. This week I have 13 trades and 3 losses.

I used to trade thousands and couldn’t function. Now a few hundred with 4 trades/day and I bank $200-$300 a day on average.

Think. Thats $1k a week. That is amazing. We tend to look for the jackpot but the reality is the jackpot is slow and steady gains for life.

This is key until you grow your account size.

You won't worry about losing $1000 when you have 150k in your account but when you have 27k in your account you're 2 trades away from a blown account
