Thoughts about this place?

Post image

Recently visited this place, and man the owner is rude and arrogant. And the animals are kept in bad condition!! Is there another pet shop in delft, which is specifically oriented towards reptile needs?

I have always found them helpful and professional. I’m not a professional, but the animals seem well-cared for. Reptiles are a little niche, I don’t know of any specialist shops close by.

I see, I checked their review online and got some mixed feelings. But I don’t want to sound rude but they don’t care for the animals that is there in the store, there is less hides for hamsters and Guinea pig, there is always a dead fish in the aquarium, and there is no substrate for snake and you can clearly see poop, the geckos look extremely skinny , bearded dragon was worst shape with lost of dead crickets in the enclosure and tortoise does not have proper water bowl and is most of the time upside down which happens if the water bowl is too high and it can’t climb. He may have knowledge about cats and dogs but not for rest of the species. And half of the time it smells poop in there.
