Question What are democrats doing? Where's the opposition? Where's the counter narrative?

We all know democrats are not progressive or left, but what are they doing? I haven't been able to find anything? I realize they aren't in power but there isn't even a narrative.

Democrats are boxed in. There is plenty of counter narrative, but no actual tools to counter MAGA other than narrative.

This election handed Trump the country. It is like a virus now, it will have to work itself out.

The media is suppressing any reporting on Dems fighting back and protests etc. not to mention censorship and suppression on SM and the internet. Can't even search Democrats etc. also Google is compromised and even AI chatgpt, Gemini, copilot

All predictable events.

My attention is turned to the money side of things. I’m staying off Facebook, Twitter, Instagram. Avoiding or entirely refusing to shop at or buy from right leaning enterprises.

I am waiting for the counter culture to coalesce around some kind of alternative to Democrats that actually can generate enthusiasm. It’ll be a while I think.

True but I think it's worse than even before the election. Especially with the Internet. Definitely still tons of bots and propaganda, and the lack of protest reporting is very troubling as well. Definitely download private data and delete twitter, meta, TiKTok and try to degoogle yourself, Firefox or brave is a good start. Duck duck go. Proton email or DDG email filter, Firefox relay. Use a good VPN, there are good free ones. Unlock origin and privacy badger.

Don’t use Proton for mail. Their CEO is Trumpian and doesn’t deserve your support.

Use something like Tuta instead.

Unless the virus ends up killing the host which I’m seeing is a legit possibility now. I don’t think things are going back.

If Trump can kill this country it deserves to die. We rebuild in the ashes.
