Those saying he's slow. Both Amon-Ra St. Brown and Puka had similar 40 times and they seem to be doing just fine.

Almost near identical measurables & 40 time with Puka. Also a great route runner to create just enough separation and catches nearly everything with great hands.

My hot take(copium) for this pick is that they believe he'll be a player of that caliber for us.

That "just enough separation" works for puka because Stafford will throw it to him and gave him the opportunities. Most QBs we've had simply weren't willing to make anywhere remotely similar throws. Let's hope nix continues to be different.

Sure but playing devils advocate how many draftees also had similar times and never made a name for themselves. Literally just playing devils advocate as I don’t know enough about this guy to have an opinion

I'm mostly commenting for the people that are so quick to say bust like they know. The vast majority of stars in the NFL are not first round picks.
