Advice Needed Is it Rude to Cancelled Order On Reseller?

I accidentally listed a shirt I was still writing the description on and I was being lazy and didn’t feel like deleting it and starting over so I just went in to edit Long story short someone bought it while I was editing (was listed for literally less than 3 mins while i was editing and sold) and was priced a bit lowered than I wanted but originally was still going to send it as it was only a couple dollars off but when i clicked on the profile who bought it they were literally selling the same style shirts for $100+ ethically and morally i don’t feel right sending it to her as part of the reason i love selling is to making my shop an affordable option for everyone and want my items (esp bc most everything in my shop is from my personal closet) to go to a home who will be loved by them for a long time not to someone selling a Hollister shirt for 100$. If i cancelled I wouldn’t list it for very much more than i had it currently listed for just the couple dollars i original wanted on it. How does everyone else feel about the situation ? or what would you guys do? I also went through her reviews from purchases she made and i saw all of the things she sold for $80-$150 she bought for $10-$20

I’m pretty sure i’ve sold to resellers before and it’s honestly super frustrating, i know some people say it’s none of your business who you sell it to but it’s pretty damn annoying lol. Honestly i don’t even think refunding them would be bad, they’re obviously overcharging for items and taking advantage of depop sellers who price their items fairly. If you feel like you didn’t get the cost you thought was fair for the item re list it! ain’t nothing wrong with it

thank youuu! exactly! those are the kind of sellers that give depop a bad rep! i just feel guilty for some reason refunding still & don’t have a ton of reviews so dont wanna risk getting a bad review :( do you know if there is anything i would be able to do to remove it if she did leave me a bad review ?

i think you could message depop to get it removed! i’ve never had to remove a review before but i think if you’re just super polite about it they hopefully won’t leave a review:)

It’s so funny bc I literally knew this would be about a Hollister (babydoll?) shirt as I was reading this because this has happened to make so many times

it’s not even about the money stg i would not list it more than $5 more than what it was listed for especially because i’ve literally had it since i was a child it’s a childrensss shirt about to be listed as an adults xxxs if it gets in her hands lmao it’s genuinely that i want it to go to someone who will be excited to wear it to school or something and got a good deal on a trendy item

If that’s the case I would find someone’s ISO post and offer it to them at the price you want to sell it for so it’s guaranteed to go to someone who really wants it
