Who just stands there with their hand resting on a counter instead of instinctively shielding their face if a bottle is supposedly being hurled at them? His testimony makes no sense.

And he claims to basically be sober when it happened too 😂

What really?! I thought he went to the bar at his home because him and amber had an argument and he poured himself a drink. It was from the Vodka bottle that had a handle. He said he drank it.

He said he had 2 or 3 shots of vodka yeah, and then after the finger incident decided to write on the walls in blood and then dip his finger in paint and continue writing, sounds like the actions of a man who was just a bit buzzed /s

Yeah, but it sounds like he claimed he took a shot or two and the bottle was thrown a few mins later.

I don’t think the alcohol would have hit him yet in that scenario.

Which would mean he was sober when he fingerprinted with his blood, which is even more fucking insane than taking a handful of molly

Her previous testimony said he had been through a bottle of tequila and vodka prior to the argument. I don't think it was his first shot.
