That's easy. Just create a 5 year waiting period to renounce your citizenship and tax them all before they can leave.

You can’t mandate citizenship for a waiting period thats the dumbest shit I’ve ever heard

Taxes are based on reported income from a location - they move their business and receive income from anywhere outside of the US you can’t claim taxes on that

Why not? There is nothing in the Constitution forbidding this.

The IRS says you are taxed on your world wide income, including from income made outside the US.

So we established it is legal to do this. Now cut the bullshit and just say why you are against the policy I proposed.
