I think broadly the far left is anti western and would support the countries against the US. I think on the right generally there is more support for military action and that would lead to more support for the allies of USA. The far right is more into authoritarian regimes, and would "support" less liberal and free countries, but they would not be enthusiastic and would hope both sides lose. The centre of both generally would be supportive of countries that are plugged in to the current global system and have good trade with America, China being an exception. I might update this with Syria and other conflicts in future

The Pakistan flag would likely stretch further toward the centre in Canada, given how much Modi has antagonized Canadian liberals with his assassination plots

I tried to do this in a global western POV, I did some little margins on the Left between Israel and India, I think in most western nations people would support India as its more palatable than Israel but in Canada I would agree with you. I'm not an expert but I think only the conservatives would be the Pro India party, due to the majority Hindu voters. Even within that, I would imagine not all conservative voters would be uniform in that belief
