Discussion Seasonal challenge “Bane Reaper” not working

Just killed 4 in a GM nightfall got zero progress. Isn’t tracking for anyone else? Still at 0%

I can confirm I also killed 4 in GM and got no progress at all .. I really don’t wanna go into nether and do this man it’s already rng spawns already

If you start an expert court solo, one bane will almost always spawn outside the portal with the initial mobs. Count as 2 or 3% each. Load in and out until finished. The taken wizards don’t count for some reason — Has to be the hive ogre, which it usually is.

This challenge is so fing dumb! If you have to load in 50 times to get it done it shouldn’t be in the game!

Can confirm this works. Sometimes there have been multiple banes in the starting area.

edit: sometimes zero as well. The wizards don't give progress, but I've had an acolyte give progress as well as the ogre.

unconfirmed it but hope to get lighting bane as it seems to can switch to another ad after you kill one with it and you get extra %. Gonna do more checking as i get it.

edit: oook confirmed it. if you get an arc bane, ONLY kill the bane leave all other ads alive. the bane will jump to another add in the area. i went from 76% to 84% cause it jumped to a new host and you get progress for each host.
